Jonathan handles a variety of cases in the State and Federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice centers on defending clients facing claims involving the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, common carrier litigation, personal injury, and commercial litigation.

As a Latino and first-generation college graduate, Jonathan values hard work, diligence, and persistence. For him, being a lawyer means being a lifelong learner: learning to stand in other’s shoes; learning to see through other’s eyes, and learning to make a tangible difference wherever he goes. Having grown up with parents who served their community, Jonathan understands the importance of empathy and dedication. To this end, Jonathan values open and frequent communication with his clients and his team, and works to ensure his clients feel heard, valued, and respected.

Prior to joining LCBF, Jonathan was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Eric G. Fikry, Superior Court Judge of the Civil Division, Burlington Vicinage, in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. Jonathan received his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Linda Carpenter, which gave him first-hand experience with the state judiciary and the litigation process. Jonathan graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Global Interdisciplinary Studies and minors in Chinese Language and Religious Studies. He is fluent in Spanish and Italian, and has a basic understanding of Mandarin Chinese.

In his free time, Jonathan loves to travel with his wife, plays musical instruments, seeks out new, local restaurants, enjoys the outdoors, and reads a spread of non-fiction literature.
